Symphony2 is a walk-off entrance mat suitable for heavy commercial use, made of regenerated polyamide and available in a palette of 10 colours. The strengths of Symphony2 lie in its applications, sustainability and nuanced combination options.

Symphony2 is a scraper mat for heavy commercial use in entrance areas. The mat is made of ECONYL^® (regenerated polyamide) on a PVC backing and is also available with Pura Backing (the PVC-free alternative). Symphony2 therefore literally and figuratively reduces your environmental footprint.

The natural colours of Symphony2 are inspired by the subtle tones of natural rock. The mixture of matt and glossy yarns in Symphony2 complements and vitalises entrance-area floors. The contrast of colour against a black base also provides depth.

Symphony2 has the highest sand absorption rating, (class 3), is suitable for heavy commercial use (use class 33) and is rated fire protection class Cfl-s1. When equipped with Pura Backing, the environmentally friendly alternative, Symphony2 entrance carpeting is even easier to install.

Design
Symphony2 has a detailed, cut pile. The mat combines a stiff, black scraper fibre with a soft, multi-coloured yarn. This gives a terazzo-like, stone effect. The five shades of grey reflect urban environment tones, such as granite, asphalt, pebbles, cement and concrete paving. Symphony2 connects exterior and interior in buildings with open facades.

Pura Backing™ makes walk-off entrance mats more sustainable by avoiding the use of PVC and plasticisers. It’s the response to increasing demand by commercial and residential decorators for environmental sensitivity and sustainability, down to the last details – even when it comes to entrance mats. Mats with Pura Backing™ meet this requirement – with zero PVC and plasticiser content, avoiding stains on porous subfloors. Thanks to increased flexibility, it is even easier to install!

Made from ECONYL^® regenerated nylon

ECONYL^® nylon is made from 100% waste material like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpeting and industrial plastic, which would otherwise pollute the earth. ECONYL^® regenerated nylon is processed into yarns for interior applications. Rinos uses ECONYL^® yarns to create more sustainable products and a better environment. Every square metre of walk-off mat made with ECONYL^® instead of virgin nylon saves more than 5 kg eq CO₂ emissions.

Cut length service

We also supply this mat as a cut length 200 cm wide and 140 to 850 cm long. If you don’t normally stock this mat, you can still supply it – and not miss an order! Cut lengths always have Pura Backing. We supply cut lengths together with existing orders or directly, via UPS. So you can still offer plenty of choice – without stock!
