with a sustainable character
Delta is a special entrance mat that combines walk-off performance with sustainability. It’s made of ECONYL® yarn, which is regenerated from waste. Delta absorbs moisture faster, within the first few steps, thanks to HydroTX™. This mat is also available with PVC-free Pura Backing™, which prevents discolouration of the underlying floor.
Delta’s melange pattern looks great, while its coarse grain quickly removes dirt from sight. The mat performs well all round, also complying with usage class (32) and fire class (Cfl-s1). A special feature is that two of the seven colours, namely taupe and grey, are available as rolls, mats, and as 50×50 cm carpet tiles. The tiles are easy to install and very easy to maintain. What’s more, in the event of stubborn stains, like chewing gum, the tile is easy to replace.
Delta is suitable for robust use in the entrance areas of medium-sized to large offices, commercial buildings and, for example, care institutions. The mat’s versatile and durable character add to its attractiveness.
Design
Delta is a somewhat thicker, crossover velour mat with a fine scraper fibre. Its varied, grainy texture blends easily with both hard and soft floor surface – such as wood, vinyl, carpet and ceramic tiles. The mat’s visual design also conceals dirt. Delta’s look is the result of the nuanced, tone-on-tone play of two colours. The dark-grey, scraper fibres provide a restful background. The grey tone complements the dark metal of steel doors, anthracite window frames, etc. The mat’s cool colour palette includes a business-like blue and two neutral greys – black and grey. While a warm colour palette offers three shades of brown – brown, taupe and sand – which go well with a variety of wood types. A more upbeat accent is also available – bright red.
